BNF Healthy Eating Week quiz guide for the Quiz-Master This pub-style quiz comprises five rounds related to the five challenges that are at the heart of BNF Healthy Eating Week: Have breakfast; Have 5 A DAY; Get active; Drink plenty; and Try something new. Here s some information to help you organise and run the quiz. The Quiz-Master s decision is final! Mobile phones and computers should not be used during the quiz! Each round has five questions and, in total, the quiz should take about 30 minutes to complete. You could run the quiz one lunch break. Organise participants into teams of 2-5, provide each team with one answer sheet and pen, and ask them to come up with a team-name. The Quiz-Master should read out the first four rounds and the final round is a picture round. Answer sheets can be scored at the end of each round or at the end of the quiz, by the Quiz-Master or the participants. The maximum amount of points available is 41 and the team with the most points wins! Tiebreaker question (if needed): Which food was the first to be grown in space?
