CONFERENCE CONTRACT 2018 Introduction to Towerbosch Towerbosch is the perfect setting for corporate lunches, private conferencing and team building events in the Stellenbosch area. The thatch-roofed restaurant is situated in the bend of a mountain stream, flanked by nasturtium carpeted woods and sweeping lawns. Guests can enjoy traditional South African cuisine and estate wines at its best! Dinner can be arranged for guests at Towerbosch as well as accommodation for smaller groups at our Knorhoek Country Guesthouse.

Please ask your venue manager for more information. Towerbosch and our conference facilities will be of exclusive use to groups of 30 delegates or more. Groups less than 30 will have exclusive use of the conference venue only and not the main venue, which will be used to serve lunch as per usual. 3

Lunch Our Towerbosch conference menu is served feast style, thus it is served on large vintage platters and dishes to the middle of the table, the way Grandma serves Sunday lunch! This goes along with the ambiance and feel of our beautiful venue, creating a very intimate and special setting. Towerbosch can also boast with our 2013 Eat Out Award and 2014 & 2015 Klink Awards earned for our attention to serving excellent quality of food with exceptional taste and a unique way of service. Special dietary requirements can be discussed with your venue manager prior to your conference date. Lunch is included with your conference package. Arrangements can be made to hire Towerbosch exclusively at R500 per hour from 17h00 until 23h00. Dinner Dinner can be arranged for your conference group at an additional cost of R500 per hour (venue fee from 17h00 until 23h00). We require a minimum of 30 adult guests and can accommodate a maximum of 100 guests. We require a set-menu to be served. Please refer to our separate function menu provided by your venue manager. Special dietary requirements can be discussed prior to your conference. 10% service fee is payable on the final food and beverage bill (not applicable on cash bar). 4

Serving Staff Waiters & Barmen Ensuring the quality of service for you and your guests we provide one waiter for every 10 to 12 guests, and two barmen for 60 guests and more. Depending on the final floor layout, this may change. Waiters: R150 per waiter Barmen: R350 per barmen Please note the cost of staff will be billed separately for your conference and dinner booking. Bar Facilities Our comprehensively stocked bar (fully licensed) can be operated according to your wishes, as a cash bar, an open bar or with a limited bar tab. Special requests can be organized prior to your conference date. Only Knorhoek wines are sold at our venue and are available to taste in our tasting room. All wine to be purchased directly through Towerbosch at cellar price. Last rounds will be served at 16h30 and the bar will close at 16h45. Prior arrangements can be made to extend the use of the bar facilities. Confirmation, Cancellation & Payment A R2 000 deposit is required to secure our conference facilities within three days after your initial enquiry. Please send the proof of payment directly from your bank (with your correct reference) and the signed contract to towerbosch@knorhoek.co.za. In the event of cancellation less than one (1) month prior to the conference date, no deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation one week or less prior to your conference you will be liable for the full payment. 5

The balance of the account must be paid 7 days prior to the conference. All outstanding amounts must be settled on the day of the conference or the day after. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts. Please remember a 5% banking fee will be added to all accounts paid by credit card. All the details regarding your conference to be confirmed with your venue manager one week in advance within your conference questionnaire, including your final amount of guests, menu, conference layout and floorplan. Arrangements to make use of our conference/bar facilities can be made 48hours in advance at and additional fee of R500 per hour. Prices are subject to change due to inflation, supplier costs etc. please check in advance for possible price changes. 6

Accommodation at Knorhoek Country Guesthouse We have eight beautifully decorated and individually appointed rooms with full breakfast included. Clients must personally enquire and confirm at the guesthouse. Dinner can also be arranged at the guesthouse for smaller groups. (Weeknights only) Please note: Please note ALL room keys must be collected before 17h00! Keep in mind Towerbosch management does not handle any guesthouse enquiries, bookings or payments, and does not have access to the guesthouse reservations calendar or any room keys.
