THE CONNIE S STORY Times have changed since our dad, Jim Stolfe, traded his prized 1962 Oldsmobile Starfire to open the first Connie s Pizza in a small storefront on the south side of Chicago. As years have gone by, we stopped playing records and started downloading tunes. Chatting online replaced chatting over the neighbors fence. Like the times, the Connie s family has also changed. We have opened new restaurants and expanded into frozen foods nationwide. Certain details, however, remain unchanged. Connie s is still family-owned. We are still committed to quality and service. And, Dad still has the final word! Thank you for being our valued customer. We hope you ll stick with us over the next 50 years!
