FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE NEW TEA IDEAS TO BOOST YOUR BUSINESS GRYPHON TEA COMPANY UNVEILS AT FHA2018 SINGAPORE, 24 April 2018 A one-stop tea shop. This Food & Hotel Asia 2018 (FHA2018), Gryphon Tea Company will be showcasing new tea products that are sure to meet every tea drinker s (or even non-tea drinker s) palate. Headed by Singaporean Master Blender, Mr. Lim Tian Wee, Gryphon Tea s exhibition booth will feature Le Jardin Café and Monogram tea blending bar. Le Jardin Café Going beyond the conventional product showcasing, Gryphon Tea presents Le Jardin Café, where it will exhibit its new tea products, café style. In an increasingly crowded F&B industry, we noticed that our food service customers are finding it hard to differentiate themselves from one another, Lim explains, With Le Jardin Café, we wanted to show trade visitors the various tea applications that are possible with our new teas. It s like going to the IKEA store, you see the products in action. So, we hope our café can inspire them to spruce up their menus. As the French name suggests, Le Jardin Café welcomes visitors with its garden-themed glory, serving as a tribute to Gryphon Tea s roots in all-things botanical. At Le Jardin Café, visitors are invited to sample the best-selling and latest tea products from three brands Gryphon Tea Co., ROJI and sister company Pryce Tea.
For the first time, Gryphon Tea Co. will exhibit its new line of Botanically Cold Brewed Sparkling Teas. The cold-brewed teas arose from years of experimentation, where Master Blender Lim achieved the perfect balance in cold brewing teas, and added fruit juices and carbonation for enhanced taste. The flavours that launched the range are Pearl of the Orient with Lychee, Earl Grey Lavender with Strawberry, and Osmanthus Sencha with Passionfruit. In Gryphon Tea s artisanal fashion, visitors can expect to sample tea mocktails made from the cold brew creation, fresh fruits and herbs. And, exclusive to FHA, there will also be the launch of two new caffeine-free flavours Chamomile Dream with Apple, and Tomatino with Orange. Apart from the usual suspects at a café, that are the tea beverages, visitors can also look forward to some tea-inspired desserts. As we conceptualised for Le Jardin, we considered the winning elements of a café setup. And no café feels complete without desserts and confections Lim shares. With that, the menu expands with ROJI s Japanese tea Lattero soft serves. Do look out for yummy soft serve flavours like Caramel Kinako and Matcha!
As the brainchild of tea maverick Lim Tian Wee, ROJI is a Japanese tea brand that seeks to put a fun and playful twist on traditional Japanese teas. FHA2018 is where it will make its first trade exhibition appearance and is also presenting its primary collection of eight Japanese teas with a modern touch. The collection boasts unique ingredients such as popcorn, cocoa nibs and shells, buckwheat, caramel bits and even konpeito, a traditional Japanese candy. Tea soft serves aside, visitors also get to taste tea-infused macarons, cookies, and cake pops (expect Matcha and Earl Grey cake pops!). These sweet treats are handmade by the master bakers and confectioners of Crème Maison, Sunday Folks and Plentyfull, and are only available at FHA2018. Monogram Tea Blending Bar Emerging as Gryphon Tea Company s luxury flagship brand, Monogram presents an elevated tea drinking experience with its signature concept of The Art of Tea Layering. At the tea blending bar, visitors are invited to customise their personal blend through a multi-sensorial station. Visitors are encouraged to see, touch and smell the teas. That is the Monogram tea experience. And because we all want something that is personal and unique to us, Monogram offers tea drinkers that immersive, personal and leisurely experience, says Lim. Monogram s collection of 12 fine-quality teas features unusual ingredients such as orange blossom, shiso, saffron, and bamboo leaves, creating endless possible fresh pairings in the customisation experience. Recognising that tea pairing may not be the preference of every tea drinker, the teas have also been designed to be enjoyed individually. Trade visitors might also like to view Monogram s exquisite tea accessories by booking an appointment through sales@gryphontea.com.
Gryphon Tea Company will not only be exhibiting at its own booth, but they have also been selected to showcase the Botanically Cold Brewed Sparkling Teas and Monogram Tea Tasting Assortment at the Singapore Pavilion (Expo Hall 6). The showcase is an initiative that recognises newly innovated products and is organised by the Singapore Manufacturing Federation. Steeped in 100 years of tea heritage and a belt full of innovative tea products to re-boot your tea menu, Gryphon Tea Company s booth at FHA2018 is definitely one to look out for at the show.
