KITCHEN WEST PRIVATE DINING TERMS & CONDITIONS FOOD & BEVERAGE The state of Arizona regulates the sale and service of alcoholic beverages The Scottsdale Rest at McCmick Ranch is responsible f the administration of these regulations The Scottsdale Rest at McCmick Ranch is the sole provider of all food and beverage served on the premises It Is the law to serve only those patrons 21 years and older and w may refuse service t any guest without proper identification Currently, a taxable 20% service charge plus applicable sales tax is required f all food and beverage functions FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM - PRIVATE DINING ROOM A food and beverage minimum at Kitchen West Restaurant Private Dining Room varies due to the number of people in attendance (capacity: 16 guests) The minimum requirements, exclusive of service charge and applicable taxes are as follow: Lunch: $250.00 Dinner: $500.00 Large party bookings are available as follow: Lunch: 11am, 1130am OR 1pm, 130pm Dinner: 5pm, 530pm, 6pm OR 8pm, 830pm, 9pm Seating configuration must be AS IS, utilizing existing Kitchen West furniture All private parties 12 guests and above are required to select one of our private dining menus. Wine selection must be made in advance along with the menu selection.

Dinner wine selection must be made in advance along with the menu selection. Any additional F&B needs must be codinated with Direct of Restaurants and/ Executive Chef Kitchen West Chef de Cuisine. Please infm you restaurant manager of the number of guests attending your event no later than 48 business hours pri to the event After that time a count may increase but cannot decrease If the guaranteed number is not provided, the estimated attendance will become the guarantee Final payment is due on the day of the event Billing is to be on one (1) check (no individual guest checks), charged to either guest room account, credit card pre-approved master account. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of total estimated revenue.
