Fee includes: One-Hour Rehearsal Prior to Ceremony Theatre Style seating to accommodate your guests Section of Atrium will be stanchion off to provide reserved ceremony area for a maximum of 60 minutes Photographs: Entertainment: Guestrooms: Bridal Suite: Deposits / Payment Final Attendance Guarantee Special arrangements must be made if you wish to have pictures taken at a time other than your contracted hours. Photos can usually be taken before your ceremony, and you must conclude 30 minutes after the conclusion of your ceremony. Photos are only allowed to clients having functions at our facilities. We can provide you with a list of recommended DJs and bands. Should you wish to contract with a professional entertainment company, please be advised that smoke machines and confetti launches are not allowed in our ballrooms. For the enjoyment of all our guests, music/entertainment must conclude by 12 Midnight. Embassy Suites is able to offer special group rates for 10 or more suites for your friends and family. Please contact the Sales Department regarding group rates &availability. Your package includes one standard suite for the Bride & Groom the evening of your Wedding. Check-in time is 4pm. Restrictions may apply. For your initial deposit, we require 25% of your estimated total with your signed contract. This deposit may be paid by personal check, cash or credit card. An additional deposit of 25% of the total, will be required six (6) weeks prior to your wedding date. The remaining balance is due fourteen (14) days prior to your wedding date. A credit card is required to have on file to cover any last minutes additions or increases infood or beverage ordered or consumed. The Guarantee of Attendance will be required by 10:00am, three (3) business days prior to the start of your event. Should a guarantee not be submitted by the required time, the estimated number of attendees on the signed event order (or signed contract) will Become the guarantee of attendance. Once a final guarantee has been submitted, only increases will be allowed. We prepare and staff to serve up to 3% over your guarantee amount. Increases over 3% May be subject to menu substitutions and service staff adjustments. Parking: Special Meals: Chair Covers: Self parking is available to your guests complimentary. Should you have guests with special dietary requirements, please let your Wedding Specialist know and our Culinary Team will be happy to provide meals based on their needs. Children s meals are available for those 10 and under for $15.95 per child. Chair covers may be rented from an outside vendor. The vendor or client will be responsible for putting the chairs covers and sashes on the chairs. If hotel s staff is asked to assist in putting them on and removing them, a $4.00 per chair fee willbe incurred.
