General Information We look forward to assisting you in planning your wedding of a lifetime. To ensure a smooth flow for everyone involved please consider the following property procedures. Final Attendance Guarantees Confirmation of the number of guests to be served must be received no later than 3 business days prior to the scheduled event. If a guarantee is not received, the hotel will consider your original expected number of guests to be the guaranteed number or actual number served, whichever is greater. Food & Beverage Service In the event that the number of guests to be served exceeded final guarantee by more than 5%, hotel will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the extra number of guests with the same or comparable arrangements. All packages require a minimum of 50 guests. Menu Tasting Marriott Northwest is more than happy to offer a menu tasting for weddings of 100 guests or more. The tasting will be arranged by your Event Manager and is limited to 4 guests. Wedding couple may try 5 hors d oeuvres, 2 salads & 3 entrees. Service Fees & Taxes A 21% service charge and applicable sales tax will be added to all food, beverage, audio visual and room rental. Sales tax will be added in accordance with the State of Ohio.
