TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Please call our Co-ordinator on 0121 6069000 option 3 or email birminghamchristmas@jurysinns.com to check availability and to make a provisional booking. 2. Provisional bookings will be held for seven days. A 10.00 per person deposit (non-refundable). Is required to confirm your booking (one cheque is appreciated i.e. no individual cheques from all attendees). 3. Full payment for any function is required by the 8th of November 2018. 4. All bookings are subject to availability. 5. For shared parties the hotel will endeavour to sit groups together wherever possible. We will not accept individual table plans, unless requested. 6. For private parties, table plans will be required by the venue 3 weeks prior to the party. 7. If pre-ordered wine is out of stock, we will replace it with a wine that is of a similar or better quality. 8. We reserve the right to cancel bookings at any time. 9. Under NO circumstances are deposits, part payments or full payments refundable or transferable except in the event of point 8. 10. In the event of insufficient number of attendees being met for a shared party night, we reserve the right to cancel the onsite entertainment (DJ, Disco). 11. Advertised menu may be subject to change. 12. Strictly over 18 s only. 13. A menu pre-order for each guest must be provided to the venue by the event booker 3 weeks prior to the Christmas party, in the event of a menu not being received, a set default menu will be chosen by the venue. 14. 20% discount off best available rate is based on up to 15 rooms, however anything above this will be quoted separately and subject to our Group Terms & Conditions.
