BREAD COLLECTION THE BRIDOR BREAD COLLECTION IS A SELECTION OF STONE OVEN PART-BAKED AND FULLY-BAKED BREADS. Our breads are all made with the highest quality, minimum-t65 flours (Traditional bread flour), produced by local millers situated fewer than 200 kilometres from us.
