TO AVOID CROP DAMAGE: The sensitivity of some species and varieties of the crops to be treated under this permit has not been fully evaluated. It is advisable, therefore, to only treat a small number of plants to ascertain their reaction before treating the whole crop. RESIDUES: To allow produce from treated plants or animals to be supplied or otherwise made available for human or animal consumption, the APVMA has established temporary maximum residue limits (TMRLs) for this crop, based on the TMRLs/MRLs for rape seed (canola seed) or oil seed, for the pesticide actives in the permit. RESIDUE DATA The permit holder is required to generate appropriate residue data in Australia, during the life of this permit, for submission to the APVMA. At a minimum, confirmatory residue data is required for: * one dim herbicide; * one fop herbicide; * chlorpyriphos; * bifenthrin; * cyhalothrin; * iprodione; and * flutriafol. Seed and straw should be tested for the active, at harvest. Contact the APVMA to ascertain the appropriate type and extent of residue data required to allow this permit to be reissued. EXPORT OF PRODUCE: Exported produce or animals must have appropriate residue tolerance limits established in the importing countries and any residues must not exceed the tolerance limits. Maximum Area to be Treated: Up to 25,000 ha per year, for each of three years. OTHER MATTERS: RENEWAL: Renewal of this permit will not be considered, unless: there is documented evidence of bona fide efforts made to have this use approved onto the relevant pesticide product-labels, such evidence is provided to the APVMA at the time of renewal-application, and there is evidence for reasonable excuse why approval onto the relevant product-labels was not successful.
