MOBILE FOOD FACILITIES APPLICATION PACKET MOBILE FOOD FACILITIES The following documents are required for annual permit for ALL mobile food facilities including food trucks, mobile food carts, catering lunch wagons etc. operating within Amador County. Documents must be submitted prior to a vehicle inspection.
