Boneless Turkey Breast Joints These boned and rolled turkey joints are gaining in popularity every year; our customers love their quality and ease of carving with no dark leg or thigh meat. Available in three sizes Small 1.2kg Medium 2.4kg and a full boneless crown 4.8kg; all sizes are approximate and can be slightly heavier or slightly lighter than quoted. We vacuum seal this product for freshness with the smaller joints being ideal as an alternative to a family requiring less meat. Chickens & Ducks We always have quality Chickens, Ducks and a limited number of Local Free Range Chickens. Please order in advance. The fresh chickens weigh between 1.4kg and 4.5kg, our ducks weigh in the region of 2.3kg.
Extra Mature welsh beef We also specialise in quality extra special extra mature Welsh beef. Our beef has all been granted a Protected Geographical Indicator (PGI) status, meaning it is born, raised and butchered in Wales - its fully traceable. We still traditionally mature our Beef on the bone for up to 28 days; this ensures tenderness, succulence and full flavour. This time honoured traditional method is a highly skilled process and very labour intensive but is in our opinion the only way to produce a quality product. Please order in advance.

How to order... Getting ready for Christmas has never been easier! Pop in and place your order or call our butchery department on 01492 581111. On the day of collection don't forget - there are lots of items that you don't need to order, you can add any items from our shop to your order on the day. Click and Collect! Buy online and we ll get your order packaged up ready for an express collection. We offer home delivery on internet orders. Last day for ordering will be Wednesday 16th December (orders must be received and acknowledged by 12noon) for delivery Thursday 17th December. Delivery is FREE when you spend over the minimum amount. We also offer home delivery on telephone orders. Again, its FREE when you spend over the minimum amount.
