Located 500ft above street-level in the heart of the City s financial district and served by the fastest scenic lifts in Europe, the venue offers spectacular views of the river and many of London s major landmarks from its floor to ceiling windows. The venue is perfect for Christmas parties for between 40-300 guests.

With over 25 years experience of catering at London s most prestigious and iconic locations, Create s menu designers give priority to carefully sourced best of British seasonal ingredients, to deliver beautifully presented food and bold favours.

Sample Menus STARTERS Home-cured Salmon & Lemon Balm Jelly Smoked salmon mousse, horseradish cream, pickled shallot and radish with watercress and bronze fennel. Potted Rabbit & Ham Hock Smoked ham jelly, celeriac remoulade and piccalilli puree with an apple, watercress and hazelnut salad. Prawn Cocktail Verrine Aerated prawn, crayfish and brandy scented Marie-Rose mousse with compressed iceberg, prawn cracker crisp, fresh langoustine, dried seaweed and pickled lime. Smoked Chicken & Tarragon Terrine Roast celeriac and wholegrain mustard aioli, pickled apricots and textures of heritage beetroots with a sourdough croute. Chilled Gazpacho (V) Charred capsicums, compressed cucumber with roast garlic, tapenade and tomato salsa, purple basil. Plum Tomato & Mozzarella Saladette (V) Mozzarella cream, balsamic and rapeseed glaze, fresh pesto topped with granola of puffed rice, pine nuts and grated parmesan. MAINS Rendered Duck Breast Duck liver bon bon with a hazelnut crumb, creamed Savoy cabbage, smoked pineapple gel, kohlrabi and carrot and a brown butter and blackberry vinegar. Pan-fried Chicken Fillet Sweetcorn mousse, roast chicken popped kernels, saffron poached potato, spinach, split spinach cream sauce and watercress. Poached Salmon Loin Grilled asparagus, goat s cheese creamed potato with a sauce vierge. Glazed Pork Fillet Braised savoy cabbage, confit potato, caramelized apple and a cider vinegar sauce. Marmalade Roasted Roskoff Onion (V) Glazed summer vegetables onion, asparagus with pea cress. Gnocchi Textures (V) Poached and fried gnocchi with sweetcorn velouté, wild mushrooms, asparagus, peas and pea shoots with shaved parmesan. DESSERTS Coconut Tart Blueberry macaroon, coconut sorbet, toffee sauce with honeycomb and coconut crumbs. Chocolate Truffle Cake Ginger biscuit base, Hennessey whiskey cream, coffee granite and honeycomb with pistachio dust. Tonka Bean Panna Cotta Verrine Apple jelly, apple crisp, granola crumb, Tonka bean syrup, apple sorbet and linseed crisp. Banoffee Pie Chocolate biscuit crumble with toffee roasted banana slices, white chocolate mousse, banana flakes, caramel sauce and sugared hazelnut shard. Black Forest Gâteaux Chocolate sponge with dark chocolate cremeux, cherry jelly, macerated cherries, white chocolate mousse, cherry sorbet and chocolate shavings. Rum-soaked Savarin Candied orange, mascarpone with seasonal berry compote, fresh berries and mint.
