OUR FOOD OUR HOSPITALITY MENUS ARE CREATED SEASONALLY TO INCORPORATE THE BEST AVAILABLE PRODUCE IN EVERY DISH. Our menus are designed to include a mixture of new, innovative dishes, mixed with traditional classics in order to create bespoke meals for every package. Sustainable sourcing is incredibly important to our Head Chef and his kitchen team, which is why all our menus are designed with a strong emphasis on provenance and sustainability. We use local suppliers where possible, who are thoroughly audited, to ensure they reflect our policies and approach to sustainability and allow us to have confidence in the products we use. USEFUL INFORMATION OPENING TIMES All hospitality areas open two and half hours prior to kick-off and close an hour and a half after the final whistle. DRESS CODE The dress code within hospitality is smart casual. Smart denim is permitted. Any person wearing football shirts/kits, tracksuits, shorts, open toe shoes, sleeveless tops or bleached/torn denim will be denied entrance. This policy is strictly enforced on a matchday. The only exceptions to this dress code are children under 12 years of age who are permitted to wear home colours. SAFETY AND SECURITY As part of comprehensive safety measures in and around Madejski Stadium there will be a security presence around the hospitality entrance area and, in addition to the use of CCTV, random bag checks. Please note that bringing large bags to the stadium is not advisable. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS Reading Football Club do cater for all dietary requirements, please make a hospitality team member aware of any requirements you may have upon booking. MINIMUM AGE AND CHILDREN UNDER 5 Reading Football Club welcome children into all hospitality areas and children s packages are available for every lounge. Please speak with a member of staff regarding hospitality for children under 5 years of age. CODE OF CONDUCT We expect all hospitality guests to behave in a respectable manner. The Football Club will not tolerate excessive drinking or bad language. Although all hospitality match seats are located within the home areas of Madejski Stadium, we do warmly welcome visiting supporters into these areas. We do politely ask that all supporters adhere to this code of conduct, as failure to do so may lead to ejection. SMOKING POLICY The Football Club operates a strict no-smoking policy across all parts of the stadium. Designated areas have been set aside outside the stadium for those wishing to smoke. Use of electronic cigarettes is also prohibited. RE-ADMITTANCE PASSES All guests wishing to leave and re-enter hospitality, including smokers, are asked to report to Main Reception where you will be issued with a re-admittance pass which will allow you to gain access back into hospitality. TRAVEL If parking is included in your package you will be issued with a parking permit for one of the stadium car parks, this will be sent to you with your matchday documentation. For packages without car parking included, you can purchase this in advance, subject to availability.
