Orchard s Banquets TERMS AND CONDITIONS The food and beverage minimum will be $5,000 for all weddings. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required for all parties upon signing a contract. An additional non-refundable 20% deposit is due six months before your event. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. All deposits and payments are to be in a form of cashier s check, cash or credit card. All final guarantees (number of expected guests) no later than 21 days prior to the event. The guaranteed number is the lowest amount of which you will be required to pay. If an event is cancelled, all deposits and payments collected are non-refundable. All prices are subject to sales tax and a 20% service charge. Cash Bars require a $100 attendant fee, per bartender. Orchard Valley does not assume liability for damage to or loss of material or equipment left in the banquet room before, during or after the event. All music vendors and sound levels (no more than 80 decibels) must be approved in advance of your event by management. Orchards Banquets does not allow any outside food or beverages to be brought into the facility, with the exception of a wedding cake from a licensed bakery. Orchards Banquets reserves the right to exercise our legal responsibility and social obligation in refusing further service to any guest we feel has had a sufficient amount to drink. In accordance with the State and Local Liquor Laws, valid photo ID s are required for all guests including bridal party. SEASONAL DISCOUNTS All Friday and Sunday weddings (April November) will receive 8% off their food and beverage total. (100 guest minimum) All weddings (December March) will receive 10% off their food and beverage total. (100 guest minimum)
