Your wedding celebration will receive the utmost attention to detail. Our management and staff are dedicated to making your wedding day one that you and your guests will cherish. Our Executive Chef, Kevin Garrabrant, has over 20 years of experience in fine dining operations and event catering. Kevin will work toward tailoring a specific food package that will satisfy every palate. Our Chef s experienced catering staff will work diligently to make your personally chosen menu just as special as your wedding day. To compliment the food, the Yacht Club of Sea Isle City also stocks a full selection of fine wines and spirits. Signature cocktails and specific family favorites are encouraged to enhance your celebration. Our General Manager, Jim Collins, and Event Coordinator, Heather Garrabrant, pride themselves in assisting with your specific arrangements throughout the entire planning process. All Management staff will be present on your wedding day to oversee each and every detail, so that you and your guests may simply enjoy the beautiful setting, grand festivities and delicious fare and spirits that the Yacht Club of Sea Isle City has to offer. General Information Menu Selections In order to ensure the availability of all chosen items, your menu selections should be submitted at least (1) month prior to your wedding date. The Banquet Order Form confirms menu, services, room arrangements, price and date. The customer s signature is required on this form to confirm and approve these arrangements. A group tasting will be scheduled for future Couples to experience the chef s cuisine and presentation. There will be a $30 charge for guests Guarantees A final guest count is due (14) days prior to the event date. If guests are offered a Choice of Entrée for a Sit Down dinner, the number of each selection is also required (14) days prior to the event date. The final guarantee will represent the number of people in attendance and the total amount due for the event. Beverages As a licensee, we are responsible to abide by regulations enforced by the NJ State Liquor Control Board. It is our policy that no liquor or beer may be brought on the property from outside sources. We provide fully trained bartenders, who will serve alcohol in a professional manner. Bar packages do not include shots of liquor, which can only be purchased at renter s consent. In order to reserve the Yacht Club for a private function a bar package must be purchased. Special instructions for providing specific beers, wines or spirits that are not currently stocked can be arranged by our Management Staff, prior to the event date. Linens You may select linens of any color or size, available from our vendor s inventory. White chair covers and colored sashes are available for an additional charge. Specials requests for linens that are not part of this inventory will be at the customer s expense. Any special linens or décor, provided by outside sources, must be presented (1) day prior to the event and any special instructions will be decided upon at this time. Our Event Coordinator and professional staff will be responsible for all agreed upon decorations and arrangements, aside from those provided by outside vendors on the day of the event. Wedding Ceremony The Club is available for Beach Wedding Ceremonies for an additional charge of $1000. This additional charge includes set-up & break-down of Wedding Arch, chairs, runners etc. Any additional furniture or equipment needed will be procured at the renters expense.
