Dress Code A day out at Phyllis Court during Henley Royal Regatta is special and dressing for the occasion is an important part of the experience. The dress code for Henley Royal Regatta is a long-established tradition. The event is one of the highlights of the social calendar, and the dress code allows guests to participate fully in this occasion, which has become as much about the fashion as the rowing. Everyone could enjoy the rowing in complete comfort, glass of Pimms in hand LADIES Ladies are kindly reminded that formal daywear is a requirement at this prestigious event. Dresses and skirts should be of modest length with the hemline falling on the knee or longer. While it is not a requirement, it is customary for ladies to wear hats or fascinators. Ladies are not permitted to wear jeans, shorts or trousers of any kind. GENTLEMEN The traditional Henley Royal Regatta attire is a blazer and tie or cravat, with chinos or flannels. Otherwise a lounge suit, or sports jacket are acceptable, with a tie or cravat. The wearing of boaters or panamas is encouraged but not compulsory. FURTHER INFORMATION Please bring the dress code to the attention of your Guests, to ensure that the standards are maintained and to avoid the possibility of the embarrassment of a Guest being refused admission. Fancy dress, novelty and branded / promotional clothing are not acceptable on site. 2

Further Information ARRIVAL DEPARTURE We recommend guests arrive for Coffee and Petit Fours at 11.00am but hosts may arrive from 10.30am if they so wish. It would be appreciated if the box could be vacated by 6.00pm please. CAR PARKING Passes will be issued in accordance with the box size and will roughly equate to half the number of anticipated guests. For example a box of 24 receives 12 passes, one of which will be a Host badge that allows one car to park in the forecourt of the Club with the other cars parking in the Paddock. Additional Car Parking spaces maybe purchased for 25 each. SIGNAGE You may display a company sign on lightweight card (450mm x 250mm) on the door to your box. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The booking is confirmed when Phyllis Court Club has received a 50% nonrefundable deposit and a signed booking form. 2. Your outstanding payment is due by 21st April 2017. 3. In the event of cancellation by you after 10th March 2017, the final 50% payment remains due, unless we are able to re-sell your package. (In which case your liability will be mitigated). 4.
