One ConAgra Drive Omaha, NE 68102-5001 Children s Food and Beverage Advertising Initiative (CFBAI) Supplement to Amended and Restated Pledge September 2012 This document supplements the Amended and Restated Pledge of ConAgra Foods, Inc., dated May 28, 2010 as follows: 1. ConAgra Foods has adopted the CFBAI s Uniform Nutrition Criteria 1 now to be followed in tandem with ConAgra Foods current Pledge nutrition guidelines 2 set forth in its Amended and Restated Pledge of May 28, 2010. Thus, until December 31, 2013, ConAgra Foods may advertise to children ages 6 11 consistent with its Pledge obligations only those products that meet either its current Pledge nutrition guidelines or the CFBAI Uniform Nutrition Criteria. On January 1, 2014, ConAgra Foods shall discontinue its current Pledge nutrition guidelines and only follow the CFBAI s Uniform Nutrition Criteria to guide which of ConAgra Foods products can be advertised to children ages 6 11 consistent with its Pledge obligations. 2. ConAgra Foods is adding the following new Kid Cuisine products to its list of products that ConAgra Foods can advertise to children ages 6 11 consistent with its Pledge obligations ( Product List ): a. Kid Cuisine Strawberry Snack Stix b. Kid Cuisine Apple Cinnamon Snack Stix c. Kid Cuisine Peanut Butter and Grape Snack Stix d. Kid Cuisine Peanut Butter and Strawberry Snack Stix The nutrition information for each of the foregoing new products is attached hereto. 3. ConAgra Foods is discontinuing and removing the following Kid Cuisine products from its Pledge Product List: a. Kid Cuisine Dip and Dunk Toasted Ravioli b.
