FACTS ABOUT THE EVENT Fieldstone Winery is holding the 7th annual Grape. People from all over the metro Detroit and beyond attend the event. Last year over 700 people attended, we anticipate a larger turn out this year The festival is free for guests of all age to attend. A food truck Saucy Joe s will be on site selling food. Last year we had 15 vendors selling goods or promoting their brand. Guest s sip and stroll while enjoying wine and hard cider. Fieldstone will have over 25 wines and hard ciders available to sample & purcahse. Experience a captive audience interested in the event and cause. SUPPORTING A GREAT CAUSE It all began in 1971. The beautiful Ann married the dashing Mike. The story went from there...two children, love, laughs and MS. In 1978, the same year as their first daughter was born, Mike started to drop things, trip, was very fatigued, and had numbness in his hands. Five years later, their beautiful second daughter was born. And the symptoms continued. It took eight years for the words "You have MS." Mike went from running, to a cane, crutches, a walker, and finally a wheelchair. Life continued with uncertainly, pain, confusion, job losses, struggles, triumphs, milestones, teenage daughters, graduations, college applications, weddings and grandchildren. Every facet of life was altered in the most unimaginable ways. MS is not just a disease. It attacks everything. Then their world turned upside again. In February 2013, one month after the birth of her first child, Mike's daughter Becky was diagnosed with MS. While the team started with Mike and Becky, it is not about them. It's about every person with MS. The Fighting Shamrocks have hundreds of members, many of which are living with MS. So, the Fighting Shamrocks are about you. Products are subject to approval Will you be selling goods during event? YES NO As a vendor you will be required to: Pay $75 fee, payable to: FIELDSTONE WINERY, 223 S. MAIN ST., ROCHESTER, MI 48307 Furnish your own 10 x10 tent and method of securing. Tents will need to be set up on asphalt. Be fully set up between 10am-1pm, present from 2pm-5pm, no early tear downs. Only sell approved products and be responsible for all sales of your product, etc. If selling food or other regulated goods, do so in full accordance with the law. Partake in event, rain or shine and regardless of weather. I hereby release and forever discharge Mulrenin Brothers Management Co. DBA Fieldstone Winery and their employees (the organizers) from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising out of, or in conjunction with my participation in the 2015 Grape Festival. The Organizers shall be held harmless from and against any and all liabilities, suits, claims, damages, injuries and actions, theft, costs and expenses of any kind or nature of anyone whatsoever relating to premises due to or arising out of any act, negligence, or neglect of the vendor, or any of their guests.
