Provisionally book your chosen festive event. Pay a deposit of 10.00 per person, due within seven days of holding the places, to secure the booking. A deposit of 50.00 per person is required for those booking the New Year s Eve accommodation packages. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Food (where applicable) and drinks pre-order forms will be sent to the organiser, along with the requests for final payments. The final balance, payment for any drinks pre-orders and meal pre-order forms (where applicable) must be received by the Christmas Coordinator no later than three weeks prior to the event (exceptions will be made for late bookers). Once full payment has been received, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made.
SIMPLY CHRISTMAS BUFFETS If you are looking to celebrate Christmas with a big party atmosphere, join us for a night of fabulous food and floor filler hits. Start the night with drinks in our Conservatory Bar open from 7:00pm, followed by a sumptuous Christmas buffet from 8:00pm. Our resident DJ will get you dancing while playing your favourite tunes until 1:00am, and until 12:30am on Sundays. The bar is open until 12:30am and until Midnight on Sundays.
