The Absolute Thai Story The Absolute Thai restaurant Group humble beginnings started as a small Thai takeaway restaurant by the husband and wife team of Kittipos and Arisa Kaewprasit in Sydney in 2002. Over the years, Kitti and Arisa have worked tirelessly to build the business to include 4 restaurants and 2 canteens take away shops in Sydney, one in Bangkok and one in Chongqing, China. The philosophy behind the business was and is still today to provide our guests with authentic Thai cooking without compromise on quality and the use of locally sourced fresh ingredients. All entrees, curry pastes, chili jams, etc. are made in-house under the watchful eyes of Kitti and Arisa. Even the ice cream is made in house and nothing is outsourced. Our menu is continually evolving, freshened up and the cooking teams skills upgraded periodically by visiting award winning executive chefs from well-established hotels and restaurants across Thailand.
