This edition is chock-full of ideas and recipes that welcome all of the wonderful things that the season has to offer. Here are just a few of our produce-inspired favorites: 13 14 18 24 Haroset Passover is a time for tradition, food and family, and our Haroset recipe stays true to these values. This customary condiment is made with just a few ingredients, including an apple, dried cranberries and pistachios. Help your customers locate these produce ingredients for this symbolic dish as part of their Seder table. pg. 13 Gnocchi with Brown Butter & Sage Gnocchi are truly a labor of love. These light potato pillows require two pounds of russet potatoes and fresh sage for the delicious brown butter sauce.
