Wedding Package Policies Event Minimums: Functions in the months of November through March: Sunday Friday. $2,500.00 Saturday.. $4,000.00 Functions in the months of April through October: Sunday Friday. $2,500.00 Saturday.. $7,000.00 Services and music for all events must conclude by 9pm; Club closes at 10pm. If client wishes to extend their established time of use a fee will be added at an additional $300.00 per hour up to 9pm. If these minimum dollar amounts are not met, the difference will be added to the final bill. The above listed minimums do not include gratuity and tax. Rooms are reserved on a 5 hour time frame. Cancellations: If cancellation occurs within sixty (60) days of the scheduled event, you will be responsible for full payment of all planed charges for event. Food and Beverage: Menu selections should be submitted to the Food and Beverage Director no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled function. A financial guarantee of exact attendance for all facilities must be made 5 days prior to scheduled function. They cannot be reduced. The minimum charge is 100% of the guaranteed number. If the Catering Office receives no guarantee, the Club will assume the guarantee to be the original number reserved. No food or beverage of any kind will be brought onto the premises, except for the wedding cake. The Catering Office issues one check with tax and service charge already added. There are no separate checks issued for private functions. Credit cards are accepted. A service charge of 20% and tax added to all food and beverage. Menus and pricing are subject to change on an annual basis. Please contact our Food and Beverage Director for further information. Payment: Full payment including sales tax and service charge is due at least 24 hours prior to your event. Items based on consumption will be billed and are payable at the conclusion of your event. Glen Annie Golf Club accepts cash, cashier checks, personal checks, Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover. All events require a credit card on file for any additional fees incurred after estimated balance is paid. A payment of 50% of your estimated charges are due 30 days prior to your event. All payments must be made directly to Glen Annie Golf Club.
Wedding Policies Continued General Conditions: Glen Annie Golf Club does not permit nails, staples, tacks, etc. to be used on any of the property. Any damage will be billed to the host of the event. Glen Annie Golf Club reserves the right to inspect and control all private meetings and receptions held in the Club or Patio areas. Glen Annie Golf Club will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the Club prior to, during, or following your event. Liquor sales are governed by state laws and they are strictly followed. Any violation of the California State Liquor Laws by minors will result in the notification of the correct authorities. Glen Annie Golf Club also reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion of Glen Annie Golf Club staff. Glen Annie Golf Club reserves the right to move a party to another room or charge a fee for the room, depending on the guaranteed number of people in the party. If for any reasons beyond our control which includes but is not limited to labor strikes, accidents, government restrictions, regulations on travel, inclement weather, acts of war on god, the club is unable to perform its obligations, such non performance is excused with no other liability upon return of any deposit. This shall be the Club s sole obligation to customer under these circumstances. Rentals and Fees: Meal service periods including use of room and service personnel for that Period Breakfast Lunch Dinner 3 Hour Max 4 Hour Max 5 Hour Max Music, Noise and Time Restrictions: Amplified music is permitted under certain restrictions. The club can provide a PA system for speeches, awards ceremonies and back round music. Service and music for all events must conclude by 9pm; Club closes at 10pm. Deposits: Group Reservation...Amount of Site Fee Saturday Nights...20% of Event Minimum Deposits are non refundable and will be applied to the final balance.
