A Warm Welcome Stone Hedge Country Club is pleased to present a delicious assortment of catering options for your event. There are four complete wedding packages that allow you to choose delectable menu items. Our menu is intended as a guide, our head chef and event planners are at your service to assist you in your decision making process. Menu Selections A meal count guarantee is due 2 weeks prior to your event (if there are two entrees involved, please have a count for each). If a meal count guarantee is not provided, Stone Hedge will set the number based on the last given estimate for billing purposes. Please note that all menu selections are priced per person. All menu pricing is subject to change prior to signing the contract Minimum Attendance A minimum attendance fee of $200.00 will apply to all served meal events of less than 100 guests Food and Beverage Service The sales and service of alcoholic beverages is regulated by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. Stone Hedge Country Club is responsible for the adherence of these laws and regulations. No alcoholic beverages may be brought onto or removed from the property under any circumstances. All alcohol must be served by an employee of Stone Hedge Country Club. Labor Charges The proper presentation of certain menu items requires the skill of our professional staff and chefs. Certain services are available upon request for a nominal fee. Chefs fee is $35 per attendant for the first two hours and $10 per attendant each hour following. Bartender fee for a cash or consumption bar is $50 per 50 people. Service Charge and Tax A twenty-five percent service charge and gratuity will be applied on all food and beverage prices. A six percent Pennsylvania Sales Tax will be applied to all food charges. Bookings and Billings To secure your event and date, a $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required. Menu Selections and Guest Counts are due 2 weeks prior to your event. A final Payment is due 1 week prior to your event.
