Heritage offers both members and non-members a classic country club experience with every event. With our well trained Event coordinator and Food & Beverage Director your event is in the hands of professionals. We promise to create the unforgettable moments you ve been dreaming of. Together, we will write the stories and the memories of a lifetime for your family and friends. At the end of the day, this is a reflection of you. Make sure it reflects your present, your future, and your heritage. Food & Beverage All food and beverage will be supplied by Heritage Club unless prior approval is granted by the Banquet and Event Manager. For your convenience, we have complete menus that will satisfy your dining needs. The Banquet and Events Manager and Executive Chef are available to design your ultimate catering experience. Outdoor Function Space The 18th Hole Pavilion is available for ceremonies and private events providing a breathtaking back drop for any occasion (additional setup and breakdown charge may apply according to the needs of each function). Minimums, Deposits, and Payment Any event reserving the entire first floor must meet a food and beverage minimum of $4,000. A $1,500 deposit is required for all wedding receptions, ceremonies, or events reserving the entire first floor. The deposit is nonrefundable and will be applied to the final bill. Final payment is due at the conclusion of the event on that day. Cash or check are the preferred method of payment. A 2.5% merchant fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. A 20% service charge and 7% Ohio sales tax will be applied to all food and beverage events and is not included in the banquet menu pricing. Service charge is subject to sales tax in the state of Ohio. Guarantees It is required that Heritage club be notified of the exact number of guests 72 hours or 3 Heritage Club Business days before the scheduled event. If the guest count is less than the final guarantee, the event will be charged for the guaranteed number. If the guest count is higher, the event will be charged tor the actual number of guests.

Decorations Heritage provides votive candles, mirrors, standard linen and napkin colors at no additional charge. Other decorations are always welcome to put a final touch on your special event. Decorations may not be affixed to the walls of the club. Glitter, confetti, rice and birdseed are prohibited. Plated Dinners Any party choosing to serve plated entrees at their event will be required to provide place cards that indicate to the Heritage staff the entrée selection of the guest. The host will be permitted to select three entrees that their guests may then select from. A vegetarian dish will be available for those with dietary restrictions. Children s menus will also be available. The host may select one Children s option per event. Heritage must be informed of Entrée selections and counts 10 days prior to the event. Time Frame All receptions can be up to 5 hours long & must conclude by midnight. All Centerpieces & décor brought in by the host, must be taken down and removed from the building that night. Heritage is not responsible for anything left in the building. Heritage provides access to our Ladies & Men s locker rooms and lounges the day of the wedding. No food or beverage is permitted unless supplied by Heritage. Ceremony Space & Pictures Heritage provides 2 golf carts at no additional charge for the wedding party and photographers to take some wonderful photos on our golf course. Outdoor and Indoor Ceremony spaces are available. Indoor Ceremony capacity is 200 sit down and Outdoor capacity is 100 or more with additional rented chairs.

Ladies & Men s Locker Rooms Women are not permitted in the men s locker room/lounge area under any circumstance. Men are not permitted in the ladies locker room/lounge area under any circumstance. No outside food or beverages are permitted. These items must be supplied by Heritage unless approved by the Banquet and Events Manager prior. If outside food or beverage is brought in, there will be fees assessed. You must be respectful to our members by keeping both the locker room and lounge areas tidy. Our members will still have access to both the locker rooms and lounge areas. Prior to the ceremony or reception both locker rooms/lounges must be cleaned up and left in a tidy manner for the remainder of the event. Heritage is not responsible for personal belongings. Liability Heritage Club reserves the right to inspect and control all private events. Liability for damage to the premises will be charge accordingly to the host. Heritage Club will not assume any responsibility for personal property and/or equipment brought into the club. Any Club staff has the right to refuse service to any patrons during an event who is or appears to be, intoxicated and/ or under the legal drinking age. Cancellations Should it be necessary to cancel your event, please inform us immediately. Cancellation of event will result in loss of deposit. Pricing Current prices for banquet items are subject to change without notice. Room & Item Pricing Full Weddings will be required to adhere to full first floor rental rates and minimums. Events requiring extra set-up or rearrangement of the facilities will be charged a fee dependent upon the labor and time involved.
