Frequently Asked Questions Guest Confirmation: Final guest count confirmation or changes must be received by the end of day Monday, the week of your race day, for ticket printing and service preparation. Guest Arrival: Guests will be granted admittance one (1) hour to the start of the first race when gates are open to general admission. Early guest entry will not be allowed. Dress Code: Guests should enjoy their day in business casual attire. Jeans and shorts are acceptable with collared shirts required for men. Ragged/abbreviated clothing is prohibited. Valet Pass: Enter Gate 5 from Lone Star Parkway. Valet Parking also available day-of race for $15.00. Preferred Parking Pass: Enter Gate 4 from Lone Star Parkway. Preferred Parking also available day-of for $5.00. Bus Arrival: All buses delivering guests should enter Gate 4 and access the bus lane to the East Grandstand gate. General Parking: General Parking is complimentary and no pass is required. Enter Gate 1 from Belt Line Road. Admission Location: Guests should enter the East Grandstand gate located by the valet parking circle. Tickets: All guests must have a ticket to enter through the admission gates. Replacement tickets will not be available for day-of printing. Tickets for day-of pick up will be available at the Group Sales tent located by the East Will Call entrance until the end of the second race, when remaining tickets will be passed to the East Will Call admissions booth. Wristbands: Wristbands will be available at your event location for your attendees. Bands are to be distributed and worn by guests to alert security to your designated room access. Programs: Lone Star Today racing programs will be provided at your event location upon arrival. Please alert guests that it is not necessary to purchase programs upon their arrival. Food & Beverage Service: All buffets will be open between the National Anthem and first post and served for two (2) hours. Water and iced tea will be available upon gate opening, in addition to bar service, if ordered. Prohibited Items: Due to the sensitive nature of our horses, the following items are not permitted on premise during live race days: balloons, flags, noise-makers and recreational balls.
