PRIVATE DINING Secluded, with dedicated service and a bespoke menu, our private dining room is a sanctuary. These four walls have seen birthdays, engagements, business meetings, retirements and even intimate wedding receptions. If only walls could talk. Our private dining room can accommodate up to 16 guests on one table or 28 guests across two tables. Audio visual equipment is available (laptop with VGA connection to be provided for presentations). Minimum spends may be requested depending on factors such as time, date, arrangement and number of guests. Lunch service: 12-4:30pm Dinner: 5:30-11:30pm Afternoon events can be also be catered for. 3
WINE BAR SEATED BOOKINGS For groups of 13-36 guests we offer a taylored menu to be agreed to prior to the event. The Heritage Wine Bar will be open to the public and as such we are unable to accommodate promotional material and speeches with this dining option. If an essential, our private dining room or exclusive use of the venue are available. WINE BAR STANDING BOOKINGS With an outlook over Brookfield Place, the high tops at The Heritage are ideal for casual drinks, cocktails, canapés and platters. For groups between 10 and 25, this area is the perfect space for a post work gathering. 4
EXCLUSIVE HIRE: ENTIRE VENUE excluding Bobeche From weddings, special celebrations and product launches to corporate soirees and organisation milestones, The Heritage Wine Bar is the perfect location for your exclusive event. Breathtaking interior architecture and understated styling makes us one of the most visually appealing venues in Perth. Couple this with the use of only the best local, national and international artisan produce along with impeccable service and you have an event that is a cut above. The Heritage Wine Bar can accommodate a maximum of 100 guests for a seated private event or 150 guests for a stand up cocktail style event. Minimum spends will be requested and are dependant on factors such as time, date, arrangement and number of guests. A 10% surcharge applies to weekend functions due to Industry Award Rates. Full payment of the agreed minimum spend is required 2 weeks prior to the reservation. Any owing amount above the minimum spend is to be settled on the day 5

The Heritage Wine Bar offers a classic experience from menus and extensive Champagne and wine list, to impeccable service. We pride ourselves on helping make memories, from the moment you arrive, until the last reveler has departed the dance floor. The whole venue is available for weddings. The start is a simple chat, to understand how we can make your day perfect. Exclusive hire minimum spend applies. 6
BOBECHE Step below the city into the beguiling, dimly lit, masterfully sound tracked Bobeche. Indulge in all manner of perfectly built, shaken or stirred cocktails, boutique spirits, craft beers and incredibly swill-able wines. If you are feeling a little peckish we have thoroughly enjoyable salumi and cheese plates, sensational bar snacks or complimentary salty, moorish popcorn at the ready. Our attention to detail, focus on customer satisfaction and considered selection of excellent products makes us the perfect choice for your next gathering whether it be corporate or social. We cater for groups from 20-120 guests and are ready and willing to help you celebrate any occasion. Packages are available, however we totally understand that events are not one size fits all. DRINK OPTIONS Every event is different and as a result beverage packages don t always suit. For those wanting it, we have put together two packages to please even the most discerning palates. For smaller, more intimate functions we recommend working with our sommelier and bar team to put together an on consumption craft beer, premium wine and late night tipple selection to complement the food and impress your guests. Seated & cocktail parties are able to order freely on consumption. You can set a limit to the amount spent on beverage by establishing a Tab amount. All parties wanting a consumption basis are required to preselect the options that are to be made available 7 days prior to the event.
