Formal Bowtie Pasta Easy Pan withchicken Sausageand and a Green Salad with Home Santa Made Fe Couscous Vinaigrette (for 2)(for 4) 1 2 Bring 1/2 can of chicken broth to a boil in a small pan with a lid. Once chicken broth is boiling, add 1/2 cup dry couscous, stirring it into the stock. Remove from heat and cover with a lid and let rest. 3 Wet a paper towel with water and ring it out. After shucking the ear of corn (if fresh), wrap the ear of corn in the wet paper towel and place in the microwave. 4 Place a medium sized salad bowl on the counter next to your cutting board.
