Due to the size restraints of each location, all parties of 12 or larger must be booked in advance. Terms and conditions for banquets and special events Food and Beverage: All food and beverage must be purchased from the Pèpe restaurants, with the exception of a special occasion cake. A special menu must be created for parties of 12 or larger. Plating Fee: There is a $5.00 per person charge for a special occasion cake brought in by guest. Corkage: No outside beverages are allowed for private dinners and/or special events. We pride ourselves in our extensive wine list and are certain our wines will enrich your dining experience. Guest Count: A guarantee number of guests must be received one week prior to event date. Adjustments in numbers must be reported to the hospitality director, and will be accepted 48 hours prior to booking. After 48 hours, the confirmed guest count is the number you will be billed for, unless the count is greater the bill will be adjusted to account for the additional guests accordingly. Minimum Guarantee: Each rental space has a food and beverage minimum that the guest guarantees to spend. The minimum must be met; if the minimum has not been met, an additional room charge will be applied. The total bill is subject to a taxable 20% service charge plus local sales tax. Fees and Billing: A 10% non-refundable deposit is due 10 days after the signed contract has been received. Final charges are due 48 hours prior to event date. Contract: All large parties must have a signed contract with a credit card number on file to guarantee the space chosen. Cancellation Policy: Special events are considered definite upon receipt of the signed contract and initial deposit. For cancellations prior to 24 hours of the reservation, no additional fee will be charged. Please note, the 10% initial deposit is non-refundable. In the event of a NO CALL/NO SHOW, the minimum fee will remain on the credit card number on file.
