WHEN PASSION, LOVE AND QUALITY MERGE IN BAKERY PRODUCTS Žito s popular bakery products are known for their delicious and tempting aroma, rustic image and full taste. Today, just like in the past, we make delicious bread and pastries with love, extensive knowledge and experiences and by using specially selected traditional recipes. We dedicate special attention to high quality which is proven in each step we take. We are guided by selecting the highest quality flour of verified origins and the preparation of products via prolonged production procedures using the most modern technology. Last but not least we place special focus on the supervision of freezing, storage and transport of the products. ALWAYS FRESH PRODUCTS The baking of our pre-baked products at sales locations has many benefits: it is possible to adjust availability to meet demand. Simply baked on site sold products are always fresh, and when they are baked on site they create that tempting aroma that encourages consumers to purchase them. Žito s pre-baked products are partially baked meaning that the crust has been formed but has not yet coloured. These products are rapidly and simply baked and their best use period is extended according to the regulated storage regime (from 3 to ). WE LISTEN TO OUR CUSTOMERS NEEDS Our own development and technology department closely cooperates with our customers and is constantly available for the development of innovative, quality and safe products. THE SECRET OF RICH TASTE The secret of rich taste of Žito s Bakery products is the extended dough preparation which enables the emergence of the best aromas and tastes. Special mixing devices are used to mix dough and their function reminds us of the traditional manual processing of dough. The final products are baked in ovens that also remind us of the old baker s ovens.

The products are made in bakeries that have an IFS certificate which is being regularly updated. We have established and properly maintained the management system that meets the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008. We also follow the directions of HACCP.

Special premium breads that pamper your senses so that you cannot resist. Freshly baked they make you want to crunch and bite into them immediately. Craft-look breads that have the appearance, freshness and taste as from boutique bakeries are actually baked in a semi-automated production.
