BOOKING POLICIES 1. Once you have made an enquiry and provisionally held the date we can hold it for 14 days. 2. Within the 14 days we require a deposit of 20 per head for party nights or 250 for private parties, if this is not paid within the 14 days your booking will be automatically released. 3. The deposit is nontransferable and non-refundable 4. Individual deposits will not be accepted 5. Please make cheques payable to Westmill Farm 6. Booking confirmation will be sent via email 7. Final numbers, full payment and dietary requirements must be in by 13th November or your booking will be void 8. Please inform us beforehand if someone in your party requires soft drink vouchers rather than wine as these vouchers will not be available on the night 9. If any of your party have dietary requirements we will be in contact with them directly to discuss meal options once the form below has been filled out. TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. No refunds will be given for guests who do not turn up on the night or cancel after 13 th November 2. The management will decide on table layout and the room set up, we use both rectangular and round tables, we will try our best to accommodate any preferences but these cannot always be guaranteed. 3. No food choices can be changed after the 13 th November 4. For sole occupancy bookings we will stipulate a minimum number depending on the room and the date 5. We reserve the right to offer an alternative date should it be necessary to cancel an event due to lack of response or customer cancelations. We will not be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result.
