Community Education: Culinary Classes The Community Education program at UA Pulaski Technical College provides individuals of all ages in central Arkansas opportunities for personal and professional development through short, non-credit classes. Thursday, July 26 Cinnamon Rolls Your friends and family won't forget waking up to the sweet smells of butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar permeating through the house from your fresh baked cinnamon rolls! Want to know how it is done? Join Chef Chocla Lea in the kitchen to find out! During class you will learn the basic techniques of creating a sweet dough which include mixing, kneading, rolling, handshaping your rolls, and properly proofing.
