Welcome to Musashi - Exotic Japanese Cuisine The mission of Musashi is as Chef Nobu says, "Consuming healthy food for a long life." Musashi accomplishes this goal by bringing Bucks County its first Japanese Restaurant with a focus on Shojin, a very traditional vegan form of Japanese cuisine as well as other traditional dishes made with the freshest of meats, fish and vegetables. Chef Nobu's healthy style places a focus on natural nutrition and is light on sodium, carbohydrates, fat and cholesterol. Head Chef Nobu has over 30 years of Japanese Culinary experience. Chef Nobu is also a Master Instructor in the fine art of Japanese Swordsmanship known as Kendo (Bushido). The same discipline and attention to detail that Nobu uses in this art form is also the same discipline that Chef Nobu uses with his cooking. All of our food is made from scratch.
