Formal Pork Bowtie Fajitas Pasta with with Spicy Sausage Chipotle and Adobo a Green Sauce Salad with Home and Spanish Made Vinaigrette Rice (for 2) 1 2 Wash pepper. Cut up 3/4 of a pepper and 3/4 of an onion into long slices lengthwise. Chop the remaining 1/4 of both the onion and the pepper into small dices. Keep separate. Slice pork into 1/4 inch strips, removing any fat. In a blender or food processor mix 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 Tbs. adobo sauce from chipotle chilies and up to 1 chipotle chilies (depending on preference of desired spice).
