How to make Coffee with Toddy Commercial brewer Place the reusable filter in the Toddy brewing pot by stretching the elastic band around the pot- Place the filter bag inside the reusable filter with the mouth of the bag facing upwards. Make sure that the tap is closed and points towards the container. Measure 2 kg of coffee in the filter. Use coarsely ground coffee or portion bags (7 x 300 g PKJ) Pour 6.5 litres of cold water evenly into the filter, making sure that all of the coffee powder is wet. Close the filter bag using the ribbon provided. Leave the coffee plenty of room to move inside the filter bag as too tightly packed coffee powder will not brew properly. 14 16 h Pour more water (6.5 litres) into the Toddy. Cover the pot with a lid and allow to brew for 14 16 hours in room temperature. After brewing, pour the coffee extract into suitable containers and keep them in the fridge in tightly closed containers with a lid (the extract will keep for about a week in the cold). There will be about 9 litres of coffee extract. If the tap becomes blocked, remove the coffee powder carefully from the tap. Lift the reusable filter and the coffee grounds out of the brewing pot. Handle the filter with care as it can be fragile when wet and tear. Dispose of the single-use filter bag and coffee grounds with biodegradable waste. 2 kg coffee + 13 l water = about 9 l coffee extract 9 litres of coffee extract make about 90 cold coffee drinks To make beverages: Mix 1 part coffee extract with 1 part water/milk If you sell less than 15 drinks make smaller amount of extract HOW TO CLEAN TODDY COMMERCIAL BREWER: Place the reusable filter in a mild Puly solution to soak for an hour and rinse carefully afterwards. Wash the Toddy brewer with a Puly solution, rinse well and allow to dry.

How to make Coffee with Toddy Home brewer 14 16 h Put the rubber plug in place so it can be removed from the outside. Moisten the reusable filter and place it at the bottom of the filter container. Place the filter bag inside the container. Measure 300 g of coarsely ground coffee in the paper filter. Add 2 litres of water in a calm, circular motion. Tie the paper filter with a string. Cover the container and allow to brew for 14 16 hours in the fridge. Remove the plug from the bottom of the filter container and pour the extract in a jug. Keep the extract in the fridge in a container tightly closed with a lid (it will keep for about a week in the cold). 300 g coffee + 2 litres water = about 1,7 litres coffee extract 1,7 litres of coffee extract makes about 17 cold coffee drinks To make beverages: Mix 1 part coffee extract with 1 part water/milk HOW TO CLEAN TODDY HOME BREWER: Dispose of the single-use filter bag and coffee grounds with biodegradable waste. Place the reusable filter in a mild Puly solution to soak for an hour and rinse carefully afterwards. Wash the Toddy Home brewer with a Puly solution, rinse well and allow to dry.
