Booking Terms BOOKINGS No holds will be placed on dates and/or rooms, however, once a contract has been issued a tentative booking will be held for 14 days to allow a security deposit, signed contract and credit card guarantee to be forwarded to the hotel. Should the hotel receive another enquiry for your chosen date, you will be required to make a decision within one business day. CANCELLATION All cancellations must be made known to the hotel in writing. Deposits paid will be forfeited. CONFIRMATION To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total estimated spend, signed contract and credit card guarantee are required within 7 days of reservation. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and allocate the space to another client if the confirmation has not been received. EVENT MANAGEMENT Your Event Planner will be your one point of contact throughout the entire planning process. No matter how much or little assistance you require, your Event Planner will be there every step of the way. PRICING AND MENU All prices are per person, unless otherwise stated and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Menu items and pricing are subject to change without notice. SURCHARGE AND FEES A 2% surcharge applies to all credit card payments. Events held on public holidays and Sundays incur a 15% surcharge. A cleaning fee of $200 will apply for embellishments used without prior notice (ie, confetti, table scatters, smoke, fog and bubble machines). PERSONALISED PACKAGES We are delighted to tailor a package to suit your needs. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS A minimum of 72 hours notice is essential. Special dietaries advised on the day of your event are not guaranteed. We are happy to offer Halal meat and can be reflected on the menu if required. CREW MEALS $30 per meal inclusive of soft drinks. LIQUOR LICENSE The Brisbane Marriott Hotel complies with the Queensland liquor licensing law and we are not permitted to hold events past midnight. Brisbane Marriott practises the responsible service of alcohol. VALET CAR PARKING Valet parking is subject to availability and is discounted to $35 per vehicle. 10
