Once the deposit (or balance if applicable) has been paid, this is taken as acceptance of our booking conditions. 2. A 10.00 per person deposit secures a booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable. 3. All balances (including any pre-ordered wine) must be paid in full by Monday 29 October 2012. 4. There is a choice for the party night/festive menu; all pre-orders are required by Monday 29 October 2012 via the party organiser only. 5. Any transport requirements should be received no later than Monday 29 October 2012. Availability cannot be guaranteed after this date (not applicable to festive lunches). 6. All provisional bookings will be held for 7 days, after which the booking with automatically be released without prior notification. 7. No refunds will be given for any reduction in numbers, nor is the amount transferable. 8. The Management reserves the right to cancel a date or change the arrangements, in which case all monies paid will be refunded or transferred to another date. 9. The conduct and behaviour of guests is the responsibility of the party organiser. 10. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who acts in an unsociable manner and may be asked to leave the hotel. 11.
