Location & Parking Temple Island Enclosure is situated within Temple Island Meadows, opposite the world famous Temple Island. Just a stone s throw from the start of the racing on the rowing side of the river, access by car, coach, boat or helicopter are all possible when reserving hospitality at Temple Island Enclosure. Parking is located directly behind the enclosure. Arriving by helicopter, the new helipad for 2017, is located within Temple Island Meadows, just 5 minutes from Temple Island Enclosure. Arriving by boat, Temple Island Moorings are located just past the start of the racing. Guests can opt to walk to the Enclosure from the moorings or be transferred by our private shuttle. By train. Temple Island Enclosure is approximately 40 minutes walk along the tow path, alternatively a reservation can be made for transfer by river with Hobbs River Taxi.
