qn white 2011 Its citrus colour and elegant aroma reveals a classic white, intense with floral and tropical notes. On the palate it is well balanced with a nice acidity which characterizes this with a great freshness and a harmonious final with a soft persistence. Perfect as an aperitif or throughout a meal, especially with fish, seafood, salad and light dishes of meat. Due to its freshness, it is particularly pleasant in a relaxed and informal ambience. 2011 harvest is distinguished by its elegant aroma and flavour intensity. The grapes are harvested manually in boxes of small capacity and carried to the cellar in a short space of time. After the pressing and before the fermentation with controlled temperature, the must is decanted during 48 hours at low temperature. The objective of this vinification is to obtain a white that concentrates the quality of the grapes. This is also characterized by its great freshness and harmonious final with soft persistence. Produced exclusively with red grapes from Quinta de Naide vineyards, this rosé presents a vivid pink colour, a fruity aroma with strawberry accents. It has a good balanced fruity palate which is light, fresh, with some residual sweetness and full of charm.
