Black Cherry Dusky purple-black fruits bursting with rich flavor sweet and complex. Indeterminate Sungold Cherry Exceptionally sweet, bright tangerine -orange cherry tomatoes. Wisconsin 55 Excellent all-purpose tomato, great for canning. Does best on rich soils. Remembered as one of the best home and market tomatoes in the Madison, Wisconsin area. Indeterminate. Nyagous Great black tomato that is virtually blemishfree. Baseball-sized fruits are borne in clusters of up to six fruits, very productive. Excellent full flavor. Brandywine The flavor is "very rich, loud, and distinctively spicy." The large fruits, often over 1 lb., have a deep pink skin and smooth red flesh. The medium-tall, potato-leaf plant is best staked or caged. Green Zebra A delicious, tangy salad tomato, ripe just as the green fruit develops a yellow blush, accentuating the darker green stripes. Three to four ounce fruits.

H o t P e p p e r s Jalapeno High-yielding jalapeno pepper plant. Habanero Red Wrinkled fruits ripen from dark green to red. This extremely pungent habanero may be used fresh or dried. Red Rocket High-yielding cayenne pepper. Great for drying. Ancho Gigante The standard Mexican variety for sauces and stuffing, excellent for chiles rellenos. Green-black heart-shaped fruits measure 4" long. Referred to as poblanos when fresh and anchos when ripened to red and dried. Distinctive rich flavor.
V e g e ta b l e s Five Color Silverbeet Chard Australian heirloom from Digger s Garden Club. Technicolor mixture of Swiss chards with shades of red, orange, purple, yellow, and white tastes as good as it looks. Red Russian Kale Stems are purple; leaves are flat, toothed, and dark green with purple veins. The plants mature medium-tall and leaves are tender compared to other kales. For salads and light cooking. Toscano Kale Lacinato or "dinosaur" type. Unique leaf type: extra-dark green, noncurled but heavily savoyed. Rich, tender leaves have a softer texture than curly green kales. Olympian Cucumber Olympian's beautiful, dark green, straight, 8-9" fruit are crisp with fresh flavor.
