Wedding General Information Hilton Indian Lakes Resort is proud to present our signature wedding packages. We look forward to the opportunity to create a once in a lifetime special day for you and your guests. SPECIAL CATERING AND EVENT SERVICES Our team of professional catering managers will be happy to assist you with creating custom designed specialty menus for your own wedding, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower or brunch. We are here to offer our personalized service while handling all of the details in order to make your wedding day memorable. FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE Hilton Indian Lakes Resort is responsible for the quality and freshness of all food and beverages served to our guests. Due to health department regulations, our professional food service staff or our approved suppliers must prepare all food and beverages served at any event held on hotel property. Outside food and beverage is not allowed without prior approval from your catering manager for our guest s safety. Food and beverage may not be taken off the premises after they have been prepared and served. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES State Law requires all persons consuming alcoholic beverages must be able to provide an acceptable form of state issued picture identification in order to verify age upon request. Hilton Indian Lakes Resort reserves the right to terminate alcohol beverage service at its sole and absolute discretion at any function. Alcoholic beverages may not be removed from or consumed anywhere outside of the designated function area. Please note that sales and services of alcoholic beverages are regulated by the state. State Law prohibits any guest from bringing any alcoholic beverages onto hotel property. MENU SELECTION Menu selections must be confirmed at least four (4) weeks in advance of your scheduled event date. Should the bride and groom wish to offer multiple entrees (up to three menu entrée selections.) The highest priced entrée package chosen will determine the pricing for all entrees selected. SPECIAL CULINARY REQUIREMENTS Our talented culinary team is happy to assist you in developing custom designed menus to accommodate your personal taste. Vegetarian selections, special dietary requirements and children s menus are also available. Please consult your catering manager DEPOSITS AND GUARANTEES Upon confirmation, an initial non-refundable deposit of 25% of your food and beverage minimum is required to hold your space. Sixty (60) days prior to your event. A 50% deposit of the estimated bill is required. Payment in full is due 72 hours prior to your wedding by a cashier s check, certified check, credit card or cash. Also, a final guarantee must be confirmed within 72 business hours of your schedule event. No allowance will be made if attendance is less than the number guaranteed. In the event that the guarantee is not communicated within 72 business hours, you will be charged for the number of guests anticipated at the time of booking. If additional guests are in attendance, we will make every effort to accommodate such guests based on the contracted price, but cannot guarantee such accommodations. Prices are subject to change without notice. An 8.75% sales tax and 23% service charge will be added to all food and beverage orders. AUDIOVISUAL SERVICE You may arrange for any audiovisual services that may be required for your event through your catering manager. Rates will be quoted upon request and are subject to applicable service charge. We ask that you make arrangements for your audiovisual requirements four (4) weeks in advance of your event in order to ensure availability. GUEST ACCOMODATIONS We are pleased to offer your guests a special guest room rate for your wedding weekend. These reduced rates will vary based on room availability. Hilton Indian Lakes Resort can reserve up to ten rooms per night for your guests. Should you wish to reserve more than ten guestrooms for your guests, your catering manager will be happy to discuss your options with you. SECURITY Hilton Indian Lakes Resort does not assume responsibility for damage or loss of any equipment, materials, merchandise or articles left on premises prior to, during or following an event. Arrangements for security at your event can be made through your catering manager.
