Options for Bar Service: Cash Bar: Guests purchase their own beverages (cash, credit & debit cards accepted). Cash Bar Set up Fee is $300.00 but will be waived if an open bar of $1,500.00 or more is purchased. Consumption Open Bar: Based on consumption and can be open for a time limit, a dollar limit, or for beer, wine & soda only (can opt to include Sangria in this option). A pre-paid deposit is required and any outstanding balances are paid at the conclusion of the event. Fixed Price Open Bar: $18 per adult for cocktail hour or $42 per adult for 5 hours (for drinks up to $9). ($6 per adult for each additional hour) Add $2 per person for the premium package. Prepaid in full 10 days prior to the event. Beer, Wine, Soda Open Bar: $15 per adult for cocktail hour or $35 per adult for 5 hours. ($5 per person for each additional hour). Prepaid in full 10 days prior to the event. All Open Bars are subject to a 15% Gratuity & 5% Administrative Fee. Special orders and/or requests need to be placed 10 days prior to your event. No Shot Rule. Pricing is subject to change. Waverly Oaks has a liquor license granted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and must comply with all regulations. No bar shall exceed 5 hours. No outside liquor / wine / beer is allowed to be brought onto the premises. A beverage agreement needs to be completed, signed and returned the week before the wedding. Signature drinks, Champagne and Wine passing service are available upon request.

Additional Details DEPOSIT & PAYMENT SCHEDULE: $2,000.00 Initial Deposit Due to Secure Date with a signed contract. 6 months prior to the event: 25% of the estimated balance is due. 30 Days prior to the event: additional 25% of the estimated balance is due. 12 Days prior to the event: Your final guest count & meal count must be submitted. 10 Days prior to the event: Payment is due in FULL, including open bar deposits. The night of the event: Any outstanding balances are due, including additional guests and open bar tab. 3% fee will be added to all credit card payments, except for incidental charges the night of the event. No credit will be issued towards other items offered by Waverly Oaks Golf Club if the guaranteed number of guests is not used, or is lower than the number of guests paid for. If a refund is due (from open bar), a check will be issued within 7 days of the event date. Package vendors may require a deposit for their services when you reserve the date with them. All deposits paid to vendors for the services included in the package, will be deducted from you bill with Waverly Oaks. Consultation fees, delivery fees and taxes may be added to your order with the package vendors, depending on the delivery schedule and package that you have booked. Prices are subject to change. After signing a contract with Waverly Oaks, if our pricing increases, you will not be required to pay more than 5% on the prices at the time of booking. The increase only applies to food prices. ROOM CHARGES FOR BALLROOM: Saturdays: $2,500.00 + 7% tax. Fridays and Sundays: $1,000.00 + 7% tax. Room Charges include 5 hours of reception time (starting from beginning of cocktail hour) and include Grille / Cocktail area, Enclosed Verandah and Ballroom. There will be NO public patrons or golfers on the upper level of the clubhouse, as Waverly Oaks will close to the public upstairs during your wedding. Maximum Capacity 250 Guests with no Dance Floor / 200 Guests with a Dance Floor / 250 guests with use of the Enclosed Verandah.

DECORATIONS & VENDOR SERVICES: The Function Sales Manager must approve all decorations. Candles must have under liners and must be enclosed in glass. No glitter allowed. Arrangements for the delivery and/or setup of flowers, bands, DJ s, etc. should be made with the Function Sales Manager prior to your event. Please consult with the Function Sales Manager for assistance in the displaying of all materials. Waverly Oaks Golf Club is not responsible for the services offered by independent vendors. All vendors, hired by Waverly Oaks or the bride and groom, that work at Waverly Oaks Golf Club are required to have valid liability insurance for the day of the wedding and must submit proof of this prior to the wedding date. If a vendor hired by the bride & groom do not have liability insurance, they will be required to sign a liability waiver. OUTSIDE FOOD: Waverly Oaks Golf Club will allow wedding and specialty cakes on the premises. After the ceremonial cake cutting, we will finish cutting and serve the cake at no additional charge. No other food or beverage can be brought in or off the property. ARRIVAL TIMES: In order to ensure complete privacy and readiness for your event, our facilities will not be available for early arrivals. This is essential for us to provide the best service possible. Bride, Groom and Bridal party can arrive up to 2 hours before your contracted start time to take pictures (if your ceremony is on site). For earlier arrival of guests, a charge will apply. In all cases, the Event Manager must approve early arrivals in advance. We will work with you to provide a time line to ensure a smooth flowing affair. The property time begins when your ceremony starts (or when cocktail hour starts if ceremony is off site) and this time must be listed on your invitation. Waverly Oaks Golf Club is a public golf course. We do not stop golfers from playing during a wedding. Tees on the 18 th hole will be set back on the days of weddings so balls will not be driven onto the ceremony site.

Jon and I were completely blown away by how amazing our wedding night was. From the day we booked Waverly Oaks, to the night before when we dropped everything off scatter brained and not knowing where things were going, to the wedding day, and all the "little things" in between, Nicole and Michelle truly are unbelievable and amazing at what they do! All of our worries were out the window, and we were actually able to sit back and enjoy our wedding. My parents were just over the moon with everything, and I got several compliments on the staff and the organization and "smoothness" of the evening from many guests. If I had to do it all over again (which won t happen haha) there is no doubt in my mind that Waverly Oaks Golf Club would be the venue of choice for us hands down. There truly are no words to describe our gratitude towards the Waverly staff, Nicole and Michelle, and express how happy and blessed we felt to have them all as part of our special day! If you re looking for stress free, gorgeous venue, great food and a fun atmosphere...look NO FURTHER than Waverly Oaks Golf Club.
