. TERMS & CONDITIONS Management reserve the right to refuse admission, & in such cases, any pre-paid monies will not be refunded. We are happy to take bookings in January for late christmas celebrations. Menus may be subject to change. All private areas are subject to time constraints. this will vary according to your requirements. If your party size decreases, 29 reserve the right to move your group to an area more suitable to your number of guests. We require a deposit of 10 pp for lunch & 20 pp for dinner reservations, to be received within 2 weeks of making reservations. All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable. Cheques are permitted for deposit but won t be permitted to pay balance on night. All cheques should be made payable to glenerrol t/a 29. Cash deposits must be made in person at 29 reception. It is expected that all guests will behave in a polite, proper & professional manner at all times whilst on the premises. Anyone not behaving in an orderly manner may be asked to leave the venue. Tables booked in The Grill Room may be required back within a set period, generally 2 hours. Dress Code: Christmas parties are smart casual. 16
. The venue operates a strict over 25 policy, however during the festive period, we will endeavour to accommodate younger guests. Challenge 25 is in operation throughout the venue. The host remains responsible for their guests at all times. Food bills are subject to a discretionary 10% service charge on parties of 8 & over. All prices shown are per person. For area reservations, we require all buffet menus paid by the end of October. Any person/parties arriving for the set menus after the reserved time may be subject to removal of one or more courses, due to time constraints, there will be no reduction in price should this occur. All area bookings will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes, there will be no refund or transfer of deposit should this occur. Please note, bar areas that you book are a base for your party & do not necessarily guarantee seating for everyone. Any group lunch bookings within the supper club may be required to vacate the area by 4pm. In the event of guest numbers on the evening being less than booked, the deposit for the actual number of guests will be redeemed & the balance forfeited.
