We re also located close to Milton Keynes excellent selection of shops in case you need to pick up a last minute present or party outfit. Revive yourself and start the day with a hearty breakfast served from 6.30am to 10.00am midweek and 7.00am to 11.30am weekends. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Provisional bookings will be held for seven days. A 15.00 per person deposit (non-refundable) is required to confirm your booking (one cheque is appreciated i.e. no individual cheques from all attendees) or pay by credit/debit card. Full payment is required by 2nd November 2018. Food & Wine pre-orders must be received no later then 2 weeks prior to the event. All bookings are subject to availability. The hotel will endeavour to sit groups together wherever possible. A table plan with food orders by table is required two weeks prior to the event. If pre-ordered wine is out of stock, we will replace it with a wine that is of a similar or better quality. The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time. If bookings do not meet the required capacity of our shared party nights, the hotel reserves the right to move the booking to ensure adequate numbers for the party atmosphere. You will be informed of this prior to the event. Private parties are a minimum of 300 in Midsummer Hall and a minimum of 80 in Restaurant. Under NO circumstances are deposits, part payments or full payments refundable except in the event of cancellation by the hotel. A contract must be signed and returned to confirm you have read and understood the terms and conditions.
