WINTER GROOVE 2018 It s time to get your Groove on!! One of the nation s must attend philanthropic FUNraisers, formally known as Zo s Summer Groove (Miami), returns this winter like cool, fresh fun as Zo s Winter Groove. This annual FUNraiser for the Mourning Family Foundation is January 12-15, 2018 in sunny South Florida! Hosted by NBA Hall of Famer Alonzo Mourning, Zo s Winter Groove is a multi-day event that focuses on families, fitness, FUNraising, and the future of our youth. The GROOVE is comprised of a variety of community and fundraising activities and is guaranteed to have some fun for everyone. For fifteen summers, The Mourning Family Foundation (formerly Alonzo Mourning Charities) produced Zo s Summer Groove (ZSG), a week long fundraising effort. The Mourning Family Foundation seeks to enhance the lives of children and families in the South Florida community through advocacy, education and enrichment. The Groove series is the flagship fundraiser in support of their programs. The Mourning Family Foundation s programs (Overtown Youth Center and Honey Shine, Inc.) serve over 700 students residing in South Florida and ranging from ages 8 to 25.
