COFFEE ROASTER EQUIPMENTS Afterburner: Environment has a priority for Kuban Makina. Our firm always takesinto consideration clean environment, best materials and high tech products. With Kuban afterburners, user can eleminate unburned components such as smoke, toxic gases, odor and dusk particles through exhaust outlet. Kuban afterburners can be used for both shop and industrial roasters. Temperature can be controlled and operating temperature of the afterburner is 600⁰C/1250⁰F. Kuban afterburners are manufactured to comply with worldwide emissions norms and our products achieving a high level of environmental protection. Destoner: One of the most delicious product is coffee. Coffee beans are harvested in nature and during their travel; they may expose some foreign materials such as stones, sticks and other stuff that can damage grinders during grinding process. Kuban destoners remove foreing materials existing in coffee beans. User also can manually make adjustment for air suction. Destoners can be supplied to both shop and industrial roasters.
Pneumatic Conveyors: Kuban pneumatic coffee conveyors are manufactured for appropriate transportation of green coffee beans to funnel of coffee roaster funnel. It is also used to convey roasted coffee beans to user s industrial silos. Pneumatic coffee loaders provide time saving between batches and reduce physical effort of manual loading.
