A 7 YEARS LONG MILLENNIAL STORY. PLACES Tocco da Casauria is a small village from Abruzzo. It is located in the district of Pescara between Maiella and Morrone, two of the most important massifs of the region. Tocco da Casauria is known for its beauty and for the attention that it always gives to the agriculture and to the conservation of the environment. THREE GENERATIONS Domenico Terzini and Dora Iacuone are the grandparents who started this story 60 years ago. They founded the first farm and created a successful fruit and vegetable distribution company. It was Aldo, the son, who carried on their work and kept with solid and intact values passed down to him by his grandparents. This allowed the new generation, Domenico and Roberto, to breath and to take up the passion of the family for farming, and in particular for the viticolture. 2009 It all starts here. Domenico Terzini decides that it is the right moment to transform the family vocation for the grapes farming in a brand that makes quality its own main value. Until then, most of the grapes were sold to the other wine cellars of the region. The decision comes from the awareness of the high quality of their own grapes. Quality was also given by the hilly position with a great sun exposure, great temperature ranges and steady wind. THE MANAGEMENT The corporate management is a family business, in full respect of the passions and of every members characteristics. Starting from the field management to the field of production or marketing, everyone finds a place to prove his own personal or professional experience. 2009: THE FIRST WINES Montepulciano D Abruzzo, Trebbiano d Abruzzo and Cerasuolo D Abruzzo are the first products of the line called Terzini composed of only single-varietal wines with a Protected Designation of Origin. An encouraging regional success continues today to be a passe-partout for the wider national and international markets. The first recognitions from the enological critics encourage Terzini family to expand the company. So, Riserva di Montepulciano Vigna Vetum, Pecorino Abruzzo (another important D.O.P. of the territory) and a new line called Eolikon (which includes IGP wines, in the Red and White version) are added to the others. TECHNOLOGY AT THE SERVICE OF QUALITY The technologies that we use are the added value that gives to our wines the excellent quality. We are talking about thermo-controlled temperature tanks or processing on hyper-reduction thanks to press machines and pumps that works in the absence of oxygen. Also the use of dry ice makes the product of a even higher quality. THE AWARDS AND CONSENSUS To demonstrate this winning formula, the 2011 vintage of Montepulciano d Abruzzo Terzini has been protagonist of an important goal: the win of Gran Medaglia d Oro at the 20 edition of Concorso Enologico Internazionale at Vinitaly (Verona 12/16 Novembre 2012). 2017 In a few years we have gone from 6 initial hectares to more than 22. Today we have a varied range of wines which are perfect for every occasions and winner of recognitions from all over the world.

VIGNA VETUM Montepulciano d'abruzzo DOC DRAFT OF STORY Vigna Vetum is a latin expression which means old vineyards. Some of our vineyards are more then 30 years old. This is were this wine comes from. It contains the unique and distintive spicy taste that reminds flavors of our region, Abruzzo. 2 BEST ITALIAN WINE AWARD 2017 GRAPE: Montepulciano 100% PRODUCTION AREA: Tocco da Casauria (PE) SOIL: clay ALTITUDE: 350 m.s.m. Grapes are carried to the winery by 15 kg case. VINIFICATION: Soft pressing of grapes, extended maceration for two weeks at least. AGING: 12 months in steel, 12 months in oak barrels and 4 months in bottle. CHARACTERISTICS: Intense ruby red with light purple hues. Bouquet is intense and complex. It shows hints of mature red fruits and berries but also smokey spicy liquorice and vanilla. Fairly tannic, balanced, persistent, full bodied and harmonious. ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH: 14,5 % vol. FORMAT: 750ml SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18 C SERVING SUGGESTION: roast lamb, red meat, mature cheese, dark chocolat.

TERZINI LINE Single-varietal wines with registered designation of origin. Montepulciano, Cerasuolo, Trebbiano, Pecorino are the crown jewel produced from native vines which are giving us the opportunity to obtain acclaim and accolades from the most important institutions of the wine industry. This is the confirmation of what we believe: the quality always rewards. But the truth is that we believe in the judgment of our costumers: a judgment made of smiles, looks that light up, delight that is perceptible in every gestures of persons who sits down at the table with us. Terzini line was born in order to reach tables of people from all over the world: no matter whether they are restaurants or private home. What really matters is their satisfaction. Everywhere.

SPARKLING WINE TERZINI Two Quality Sparkling Wine integrate the Terzini Classic Line. These two Quality Sparkling Wine are produced using the Charmat-Martinotti Method. Produced with our own grapes, their 4/5 months ageing is realized in the winery upon noble dregs.

TERZINI PREMIUM This Special line was born together with the idea of satisfying a younger target who doesn't want to renounce to quality. As all the Terzini's wine, is produced in their own vineyard located into the slope of Morrone montain.
