cocoa bean sorting machine SORTY This machine has been specially designed to select cocoa beans by sizes. It consists on a firm base, which has been connected by means of springs to a vibrating system, on which trays, with different mesh measurements, are positioned that classify cocoa beans according to their sizes. It is easy to operate and does not require mayor maintenance. It has a uniform vibration, produces low sound levels and can operate during hours without problems. Cocoa bean Roaster Roasty This equipment is ideal for the cocoa bean roasting. The heat and rotation speed are graduated by the operator, which ensures a fast and uniform roasting. The spin of the drum can be inverted by the operator to perform the loading and unloading functions of the oven. This machine is assembled by stainless steel in the exterior and carbon steel in the rotation cylinder for a quick and uniform roasting. The roaster adopts the unique horizontal roller drum`s structure, installed with a speed adjustable engine, with uniform heating and a sealed top, which allows and efficient slow fire for the cocoa. Chocolate universal Conch refiner MONTY chocolate packaging machine CHOKOPACK Our universal chocolate conch fine mill fulfils the three essential functions in the chocolate making process: It mixes the ingredients your chocolate is going to have, incorporating the fats, sugars and emulsifiers in a uniform way. It refine chocolate paste particles to a 20-25 μm. And last, it performs the conch process, where, with the help of an incorporated extractor and the agitation given in its inside, it eliminates the undesirable acetic acids of the refined paste.
