Welcome to Options Tavern and thank you for your interest in our venue for your proposed function. The following package has been designed to provide you with the basic and necessary information regarding your up and coming function, including pricing, menus and terms and conditions. Options Tavern is a dynamic and modern bar nested within the Westfield Shopping Centre at Helensvale. Options Tavern can cater for a vast variety of functions, from a meeting of 3 to a celebration of 300. We are conveniently located 400 metres from the Helensvale train station and have easy access to taxis, buses, as well as ample parking. Options Tavern is a highly accessible and contemporary venue suited for people of all ages.
FUNCTION AREAS MEZZ BAR Our Mezzanine Bar is a private area located above the bistro with a great view of the taverns whole ground level. This area can cater for meetings, presentations or small parties with up to 50 guests. Room facilities: Fully equipped private bar Adjustable lighting In house music system TV facilities Room hire: $1.00-2013 Special (Conditions Apply) Includes: Staff member and full bar facilities LOUNGE BOOTH AREA This area is located in our main bar and can be roped off for your exclusive use. This area is perfect for after work drinks or casual get togethers. Area facilities: In house music system TV facilities Room hire: $50.00 Area available for your exclusive use until close. Includes: 1 x ½ size Cheese and Kabana platter BISTRO (After 9pm) The bistro is ideal for a small event with great atmosphere. This area can seat 40 people or hold 70 people cocktail style. Room facilities: Dance floor In house music TV facilities Dance Pole (upon request) Pool table (upon request) Room hire: $50.00 Area available for your exclusive use until close. Includes: 1 x ½ size Cheese and Kabana platter ***In cases where an area is being hired and no food or drink will be purchased a room hire fee of $100 will be charged

Aussie $75.00 All the Aussie favourites; party pies, sausage rolls and mini quiches served with tomato and BBQ dipping sauce. Seafood $100.00 A range of seafood bites, salt and pepper calamari, prawn skewers and fish cocktails, with a side of tartar sauce and fresh lemon. Cheese $60.00 Tasty cheese, kabana, and cocktail onions, with crackers served on the side. Sandwich $65.00 Chef s selection of 10 classic style sandwiches.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS BAR TAB You can elect to hold a Bar Tab on consumption basis prior to commencement of your function, you decide on what beverages to be served and the value of the Tab. Please note that a credit card or cash deposit must be provided at the beginning of your function. TEA AND COFFEE Tea and coffee can be provided upon prior arrangement - $50.00 (additional charges apply if you have over 50 guests) AUDIO VISUAL In house music Options Tavern playlist In house music create your own playlist $30.00 (Mezz Bar only) TV facilities Laptop connectivity (Mezz Bar only), DVD port, Channels 9, 7, 10, Fox sport 1, 2 and 3, Fuel TV and music videos. SET UP AND DECORATIONS Options Tavern will set up tables, chairs and if required tea and coffee. You may decorate the area as you see fit, provided no damage is made and arrangements are made with management prior to function date. Helium balloons can be purchased for $2.00 each and can be made in colours of your choice. SECURITY For safety and security purposes, in some cases an additional security guard may be a requirement depending on the type of function. When there is a confirmed number of guests of 20 or more, 1 security guard will be required. Further additional guards may be required in some circumstances. Security cost is $50.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours) and will be arranged through our in house security provider. For an additional fee the following items are available via prior arrangement: Tablecloths Cakes Cake cutting your cake cut and served with cream and strawberries $2 per person Table service
TERMS AND CONDITIONS Confirmation of bookings and payment: Confirmation and a deposit of $100.00 is required within 14 days of making the booking. This deposit comes directly off the total charges for your event. Options Tavern reserves the right to cancel any booking not held with a deposit. Full payment of all function requirements (excluding drinks) must be received before the commencement of your function. If a bar tab is required, a credit card must be presented as security prior to function commencement. Pricing listed throughout this package are subject to change without notice, however once deposit has been paid, pricing will remain the same. Cancellations: Full refund of your deposit can be claimed if notified in writing 30 days prior to the event, minus any outlays that may have been made in preparation for your booking. Any cancellations made within 30 days of the function, any deposits made are forfeited. Food: All booking numbers and food requirements must be advised no later than 7 days prior to your function. Adjustments to final function numbers must be made 72 hours prior to function; this confirmed number will be the minimum charge for the function. Cakes are permitted, at no charge, however due to our food license no other food is allowed. Damage & Lost Property: Options Tavern cannot take responsibility for loss or damages to items before, during or after your function. Any damage sustained to the hotel during an event is the responsibility of the organiser. Patron Care and Responsible Service of Alcohol: Options Tavern operates within the responsible service of alcohol guidelines. Therefore anyone under the age of 18 or anyone disorderly or unduly intoxicated will not be served. Any guest without valid photo identification will not be permitted entry. Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and must be off premises by 9:30pm. Minors are not permitted in the smoking or TAB area of the hotel at any time. Dress Regulations are in effect every Friday & Saturday night. Please feel free to ask if you require a copy of the dress code for your function. Conditions for $1 Room hire Conditions of $1 room hire are based upon minimum spend value of $500.00 (both $250 on food and $250 on beverages, or $200 on food/drinks and $300 on drinks/food). A staff member is provided free of charge for the first 4 hours, any additional hours are charged at $25 per hour. $1 room hire is a special valid for 2013 only and management reserve the right to cancel this special at any time. If cancelled, all bookings made before cancellation with a deposit paid will still receive this special. Agreement to terms and conditions By signing this agreement, the function contact agrees to abide by Options Tavern terms and conditions as outlined in this document.
