LIOGEL LUCUMA Also known as the Gold of the Incas, Lucuma is the fruit of a tree that grows in Peru, Chile and Ecuador. It has an elongated shape and its flavour and texture are reminiscent of a cross between maple syrup and sweet potatoes. Prodotti Stella is introducing something totally unprecedented in the gelato world: A fruit flavour that is exceptionally creamy. A flavour with hints of walnuts, dates and liquorice.
